WHAT KIND OF FOUNDATION WILL MY HOME REQUIRE?
GeoPro’s team can collaborate you to design a foundational plan for your specific project. We typically suggest a concrete pier system for simple on-site setting of the home.
DOES THE HOME INCLUDE FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES?
No. We do offer a furniture and appliances package as an addition to your home.
The base model homes include the stovetop + hood vent, kitchen & bathroom sink, and. Plus the rough-ins for the refrigerator. A dishwasher is available as an addition.
HOW DOES HEAT AND AC WORK?
We install a 12,000 BTU mini-split in each home.
HOW DOES THE WATER HEATER WORK?
We install an on-demand electric water heater in-factory to be simply plugged in on site.
HOW DOES GEOPRO ASSIST IN PERMITTING ?
Once we receive the planning deposit, GeoPro provides certified architectural elevations and access to work our team of professionals to ensure the elevations meet state & local requirements. GeoPro will not submit plans.
DO YOU DELIVER? DO YOU PLACE THE HOME ON ITS FOUNDATION UPON DELIVERY?
We deliver to all 50 states. However, the costs of shipping vary based on the distance and demand of the order. A local rigging / crane company will place the home on your foundation.
CAN WE REQUEST CUSTOM ROOM ADD-ONS AND OTHER CUSTOM DESIGNS?
We strive to fulfill custom orders of all types. However, we do charge a custom fee depending on the amount of customization.
WHAT TYPE OF INSULATION DO WE USE?
We use closed cell foam spray or batt insulation. The R-Value of the insulation will be specific to your state and local requirements.
DO WE OFFER FINANCING?
No. Financing options are currently unavailable.
CAN WE SET THESE UP FOR SOLAR POWER?
Yes. This will be an addition to the base model.
